Please read the Terms & Conditions
carefully to make sure that you fully understand our policies
and to make sure that you do not have any questions. If you do

Payment Terms:
All on-line orders require a Visa or MasterCard payment at the
time of the order is place.
No artwork proofs or printing will be done until a deposit has
been received. If you do not have a valid credit card you may
also send us a check, cashier’s check or company check.
Credit cards will be charged at the time the order is place. *No
orders will be process until the check clears*
Order Requirements:
We require that artwork files to be at least 300 dpi when supplied
in a tiff file. The best formats to send artwork is Adobe Illustrator
.ai, eps, Photoshop .psd, or Corel Draw. cdr.
Art files submitted in .jpeg format will not be accepted unless
you have agreed to the cost of our art department re-creating
your file into an acceptable format. We can assist you with more
about art files and formats. When placing the order you must provide
us with sizes, color, style number and quantity of each item.
We prefer dealing with one person when placing an order. This
ensures that there is less chances for errors to occur. For example,
if you are ordering shirts for your organization and you tell
us that you want blue ink on the shirts. Another member of the
organization should not call and tell us to change the ink to
gold. This would create a problem. We require a written authorization
from the person in charge of placing the order giving instructions
to another for any changes.
Proofs
Virtual proof of you order will be e-mailed to you for your review
and approval. Please check your proof carefully when you receive
it. The proof is for you to check we are using the correct artwork,
check spelling on words and the placement of where the design
will be printed. Keep in mind that every computer monitor displays
images differently and in slightly different colors. The colors
in the final product may not look exactly like the proof you had
received due to the differences in computer equipment. If you need a specific ink color, the ink will be custom mixed for you at the current rate. If you have not specified, we will use stock in colors to
fill your order. If you have approved the proof for printing and
there is an error, we will not be held responsible. If your design
has to be a specific size, please inform us prior to placing the
order.
Returns / Exchange
Returns or Exchanges on personalized or customized items for reasons
other than defect in material or workmanship cannot be return.
We make every effort to ensure that your order is done accurately.
We rely on you the customer to provide us with the accurate information.
If we send you the wrong products, the wrong sizes, the wrong
shirt color or print the wrong design on the shirts you are entitled
to either to have the error corrected or we will refund your money.
If we find that the error was yours, we will be glad to reprint
the order at the current rate.
Cancellations / Order Changes
Orders can only be cancelled at the time the virtual proof has
been sent to you. Once the proof has been approved by you and
is in production it cannot be cancelled. You cannot cancel any
orders that have been completed but not yet shipped. You will
be responsible for any costs we incurred. Changes in garment style,
sizes and colors cannot be change once the order is in production.
If you reduce the quantity of items in an order you have placed,
the price per unit will be adjusted because the original quote
you received was based on the total number of pieces.
