We at BCW Prints realize the importance your custom garments arriving just as you ordered them and when you need them. We strive to have orders shipped within 5 business days, but this can be affected by client supplied artwork or stock levels of garment. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, you must indicate that in the notes field provided during ordering process. If that time period is not possible, we will contact you will alternatives.

Although guarantees are reassuring, we understand that you would prefer not to use them!  When ordering, please be sure to include all of the crucial information such as, the dimensions of your artwork, the location of your artwork.  If the customer has an exact color that they need a $10 per color is required for matching.

This guarantee will not cover any situations of incorrect ordering by the customer. If the customer fails to provide specific directions as to size, location, or color match. Please remember that computer monitors an software can affect the apparent size and color of your artwork. For this reason, we highly recommend that you us the direction field when ordering. A simple direction might look like this: “Please print my logo 10” wide by 6” tall centered on the front of the garment. Please use your best judgment to determine the distance down from the collar. If you want a specific color we recommend that you call, we are always available to assist you with these decisions.  Our goal is for you to receive the quality, accuracy and service you deserve with every order.

We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value to fill your order. In the event an item is out of stock or unavailable from the manufacturer. For example, if you order a navy Gildan t-shirts and we are out of stock in size small we will most likely substitute it for a Jerzees or Hanes product so that you can receive your order on time.
